    1. Reduce the amount of teacher-talking time takes up in the lessons (talking, teaching and demonstrating) to roughly 20% of the lesson so the children have plenty of time to do the fun activities and they are getting plenty of physically-active learning time.

    2. Can I be adaptable in my sessions so children are able to work in groups/pairs so there are no times when children are station waiting to participate.

    3. Always consider the environment of the day when you are delivering the PE Lesson.If it happens to be WET play and your stuck in a small hall. How can I maximise physical-active learning time, instead of playing games where children are continuously waiting and observing for long durations of time. .
