    Small group interventions: In order to increase physically active time I am going to use more small group or individual interventions. Just bringing a small group over, or an individual, to give them feedback or help them progress means that less of my time is taken up, the delivery/feedback is personalised and focused and the rest of the class do not need to stop.

    Not being out: I am going to include a short quick task or skill to demonstrate before they return to the game. This way there is a ‘penalty’ and the competitive element in the game still remains between teams/individuals.
